Congratulations to our member, Professor Jiang Liwen, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (External Affairs) and Choh-Ming Li Professor of Life Sciences and Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Science at CUHK, on becoming the first scientist from the region to receive both the Enid MacRobbie Corresponding Membership Award and the Fellowship of the American Society of Plant Biologists.  His pioneering research in plant cell biology has earned him the prestigious Corresponding Membership, showcasing his significant contributions to the field. Professor Jiang’s achievement not only celebrates his individual excellence but also elevates the city’s reputation in the global scientific community.
