Biography
Dr. Jiazheng Zhou is currently an RGC Junior Research Fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2023. His research focuses on solution-processed thin-film photovoltaics, particularly kesterite CZTSSe, CIGSe, perovskite, and tandem solar cells. He has contributed to several world-record kesterite solar-cell and solar-module efficiencies, with research published in Nature Energy, Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Advanced Energy Materials, and Nano Energy. His current work targets high-efficiency, stable, solution-processed thin-film photovoltaic devices.
