Biography
Dr. Yiling Tang completed her PhD in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in November 2025 and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Sports and Health Sciences, Academy of Wellness and Human Development, Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research focuses on 24-hour movement behaviours across populations, especially in early years, children, and adolescents. She was awarded the RGC Junior Research Fellow Scheme (JRFS) 2026/27 to lead “An integrated intervention targeting physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep in school-aged children in Hong Kong: Development and evaluation in a pilot randomized controlled trial,” working with Professor Wendy Huang.
