Biography
Dr. Floriane Chang is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Law at City University of Hong Kong, supported by the Junior Research Fellowship Scheme. Her research interests lie at the intersection of international economic law, technology, and cultural heritage, with particular attention to art law, digital cultural assets, and cross-border transactions. Her work explores how legal frameworks respond to the growing interaction between global trade, investment, cultural and technological innovation. Dr. Chang completed her PhD in Law at City University of Hong Kong. She also holds an LL.M. from King’s College London, a Master and Bachelor of Laws from University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas.
