Biography

Yuanqing Zheng is a Professor in the Department of Computing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He joined the same department as an Assistant Professor in 2014 and was promoted to Associate Professor with tenure in 2020. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and his BS in Electrical Engineering and ME in Communication and Information Systems from Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China. Professor Zheng’s research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Networking, Ubiquitous Computing, and Efficient AI. He has received the Best Paper Award at INFOCOM 2020 and the Test-of-Time Award in SenSys 2022.
