Biography
Professor Khe Foon Hew is Kintoy Professor in Educational Technology at the University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Education. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Nanyang Technological University, and a PhD from Indiana University Bloomington. His research examines when and how technology enhances learning outcomes. He has published over 150 articles and has been among the top 1% of researchers by citations since 2015. In 2025, he was named a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. His honours include the Faculty Outstanding Research Student Supervisor Award, the RGC Research Fellow Scheme award, and the Faculty Outstanding Researcher Award.
