Biography
Pengnan Hu is a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Education University of Hong Kong. He is a core member of the Centre for Creative Arts and Public Value (RCCAPV). His research examines short-format moving images and their entanglements with positive emotion and public values. His current project on vertical ‘feel-good’ dramas explores how this rising content form impacts audiences, the screen industries, and wider society.
