Professor Alex Jingwei He is a professor in the Division of Public Policy at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He specializes in health policy and governance, social welfare reforms, and policy process theories. He has been recognized among the world's top 2% most-cited scholars since 2021. Professor He has received numerous prestigeous awards and fellowships including International Public Policy Association's Transition and Developing Economies Award, RGC Humanities and Social Sciences Prestigeous Fellowship, the Karl Lowenstein Fellowship, and Ronald Coase Institute Fellowship. Professor He's research impact case was featured by the RGC in Sing Tao Daily.
