Biography
Liubov Darzhinova is an interdisciplinary researcher in psycholinguistics and education. A Hong Kong PhD Fellowship recipient, she earned a doctorate in applied linguistics from The Education University of Hong Kong, where she served as RGC Postdoctoral Fellow and is now Research Assistant Professor. She holds a bachelor’s in foreign philology from Kalmyk State University (Russia), and a master’s from the University of Pannonia (Hungary). Dr Darzhinova’s scholarship has deepened theoretical understanding of syntactic ambiguity resolution and bilingual processing at word and sentence levels. Her research explores cognitive and affective dimensions of second/foreign language learning and digital tools’ impact on youth.
