Biography
Dr. LEUNG Ka-man is a Research Assistant Professor at the Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences, Saint Francis University. Her research focuses on urban poverty and housing studies, with a focus on issues such as inadequate housing and social housing. She has been awarded the RGC Postdoctoral Fellowship and the Swire Scholarship. Her work on inadequate housing has been published in international journals including Cities, Journal of Asian Public Policy, and Housing Studies.
