Biography

Dr. Lim currently serves as an Independent Principal Investigator in the School of Life Sciences at South China Normal University, China. Her research focuses on plant photosynthesis and bioenergetics, employing fluorescent protein biosensor and advanced imaging techniques to investigate the mechanisms underlying energy generation, distribution, and regulation in plant cells. In 2024, she was awarded the RGC Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme and was based at The University of Hong Kong.
